Loft Conversions
We suggest that the average construction schedule for a loft conversion with en-suite bathroom would take anywhere from 8 – 12 weeks to complete depending on the scale and type of property. Every home is different and we would always visit your home to provide a detailed quote and arrange for independent industry professionals to advise further should the project require it.
Where possible we work tirelessly to minimise the disruption to your day-to-day life during the period of building works. We communicate with the client to discuss how to progress construction and the majority of the works will be accessed externally from the roof space so disruption is kept to a minimum, even when the break through commences. This will be done as quickly and cleanly as possible.

All projects are different and a representative from 2EEZ Renovations will visit your home to discuss the wider demands of the project in person. If you are in need of any plans or structural calculations we are able to arrange an independent Architect or Engineer to conduct these on your behalf.
We try to keep disruption to family life to a minimum so extensions are completed externally and then the break through into the house will be done as far down the line as possible.
